SCALE OF CHARGES
1) Let only Service: Setup charge of £560 (inclusive of VAT) payable for each letting where the tenant is introduced through the Agent.
2) Full Management Service: Set up charge of £560 (inclusive of VAT) payable for each letting where the tenant is introduced through the Agent, then an ongoing Management Charge of 10.8% (inclusive of VAT) of the monthly rent received, deducted by the Agent.
The fees under the above services are payable when any individual or organisation enters into an agreement to rent the Property as a result of our promotion, introduction, or viewing by the Agent.

N.B. The Fully Managed Service includes a property visit after the first 6 months, and thereafter every 12 months. Any additional visits at the request of the Landlord will be charged at £80 inclusive of VAT.
Additional Services charged at £80 per hour inclusive of VAT. E.g. attending Court if seeking possession of the property.
