Planning Permission was granted under Reference H11-0398-12 by South Holland District Council on 27/01/2014. Planning Permission Reference H11-0450-14 also refers. Thus far, the proposed development designed to meet Level 6: ENI Energy and Carbon Dioxide Emissions Standards (or equivalent) has proved to be too ambitious/challenging.
Pre-planning application advice has been obtained and in an email dated 06/05/2021 the Development Manager at SHDC said "The Council would be willing to consider and discuss a more conventional housing scheme. It would still need to be well-designed and meet the requirements of the South East Lincolnshire Local Plan and national design guidance."
